We are seeking an Insurance Specialist/ Personal Lines CSR to join our team! You will be responsible for managing a customer service desk while promoting our personal lines and auto products.
Responsibilities: Providing customer service for new and renewal policies Troubleshoot and resolve customer's product issues and concerns Document and update customer records based on interactions Maintain a knowledge base of the evolving insurance products Establish leads and market the products that are suitable to the customer's needs Achieve goals for improved renewal service work and new business Correspond with customers and vendors about payments and postings
Qualifications: Previous experience in insurance, customer service or sales Must be able to perform duties timely with care Ability to build rapport with clients Exceptional ability to prioritize and multitask Positive and professional demeanor Excellent written and verbal skills Computer skills
Experience in business/office setting
Preference for licensed with experience in insurance industry
