Denison is seeking a Program Coordinator to assist with the development and coordination of programs to create and sustain ways to connect students across ethnic-racial, cultural, religious, gender, (dis)ability, socio-economic and sexual orientation lines.
A Bachelor's Degree is required. Candidate must be able to demonstrate an understanding of and sensitivity to the issues/concerns facing historically under-represented students who attend predominantly white colleges and universities. Ability to work with students, faculty, and staff in a professional manner. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage and oversee multiple projects efficiently.
