Analyze, choose and manage print and bind manufacturers to achieve a balance between quality and cost control for all of Global Mission printing needs. Provide program file administration for Global Missions projects, which includes Story of Jesus from inception of signed Global License Agreement to the product being delivered for both printed and digital format. This also includes securing publisher files for all DCC products being translated into other languages in printed and digital format. Maintain royalty revenue by reviewing reports of overdue monies due to DCC to insure customers are making their payments and contacting the customer to insure payment is received. Process and submit all invoices for payment and record all incoming payments received into the department. Keeping accurate records of all funds.

Print Buyer for all of the printing needs for the entire department: this includes internal needs and projects including the Story of Jesus Projects and curriculum projects that are printing in both US and Overseas.

Enter all contracts into contract databaseafter contracts are negotiated and approved, obtain necessary signatures, which could include sending the contract via DocuSign, create the invoice to be sent to the customer, while maintaining and keeping track of signed contracts, payments and sample books.
Contract with designers on projects for Global Mission. Manage projects to ensure they are on schedule and completed per specifications so that invoices can be approved and payments made promptly.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Formal Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong communication skills both oral and written.
Experience: Minimum one year experience in an office environment. Minimum 3 years of working the printing/binding manufacturing field.
Specialized Knowledge: Working knowledge of printing and publishing industry specifications and processes is required. Strong knowledge of electronic, prepress, press operations (both web and sheet fed) and binding in many formats. Knowledge of basic international cultural differences preferred but not required. Understanding of digital file types and sizes, i.e. PDF, DOCX, JPG. Proficiency in organizing computer directories and folders. Knowledge of graphics and/or page layout software preferred, but not required. M Ability to adapt communication styles to various cultures as appropriate to accomplish ministry objectives. Must be resourceful and work well with multiple deadlines.
