-Client is seeking a Project Coordinator II
-We are in need of a Project Coordinator who will assist our Project Managers and RCBM's in organizing our ongoing engineering projects in our client custom products group (CAG).
-Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.
-Assist in collection of project requirements and verify project requirements are concise
-Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
-Ensuring project deadlines are met.
-Determining project changes.
-Providing administrative support as needed.
-Undertaking project tasks as required.
-Developing project strategies.
-Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
-Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
-Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
-Project Coordinators assist the project manager with project launch, planning, control, and delivery against timeline and budget metrics for assignments within their area of responsibility.
-Performs effective Project Coordination to meet timelines and budgets.
-Supports the project manager in specific assigned duties related to the overall project plan; optimizes schedule and budget conformance.
-Effectively assists with Project Issues and Risks.
-Prepares reports on Project Status clearly and regularly.
-Demonstrates knowledge in Business Area of specialization.
-Effectively coordinates Projects/Programs of appropriate size and complexity to assist the Project Manager.
-Knowledge of Project Management Tools and Processes.
-Bachelor's degree required. Advanced degree preferred.
