SUMMARY: Briefly describe the job's primary purpose or contribution to the department or organization.
Position performs duties in a team oriented environment providing technical and administrative support, scheduling, and coordinating architectural engineering and on-site reconnaissance (OSR) with property contacts. Supports and schedules the Project Managers (PMs) and sub-contractors and provides them with the pertinent materials to complete the job. Provides support the A&E Expanded Services department and A&E transactional department, while developing increased technical and project management skills.

Education and/or Experience: Undergraduate degree in Architecture or Engineering preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; basic understanding of and experience with database applications relevant commercial real estate, environmental or engineering industry preferred.

Other Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written communications skills; detail-oriented; ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment; ability to work independently and to perform in a team setting.
