About The Opportunity Position Summary Responsible for the coordination and completion of projects. Oversees all aspects of projects. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project. Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project. Essential to this Position

We are seeking a Project Manager to manage all project process groups including scope, time, communication and completion of new facility startups, customer site expansions and customer RFPs (request for proposals.)
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop project charter and management plan for both internal and external team members. Collect project requirements, define scope and create work breakdown structures. Create and manage schedule that ensures on time, in budget project completion. Define and sequence activities including duration and overall project schedule. Ensure focus on key dependencies and control schedule. Acquire, develop and manage cross functional, cross-company project team. Provide leadership and direction when scope or timing changes. Partner with finance, procurement and engineering to ensure all capital investments are identified, costs accurately estimated, purchasing completed within long lead time schedules and project budget not exceeded. Plan and manage project communications with core and sub-teams with members from Menasha, customer, vendors, and third party distribution centers
Essentials for Success:
A Bachelor's level education A minimum of 6 years of experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing or Third Party Logistics. Proven project management skills and precise organization methods. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Project. Strong communication skills (written and verbal) as well as active listening. Knowledge of full supply chain life-cycle (demand/supply planning, materials, production, pack-out, fulfillment, transportation and warehousing.) Established leadership qualities, effective team management and problem solving skills.
