Responsible for handling the most complex quality assurance and test environment problems and issues. Acts as a lead in the creation, preparation, and conduct of quality assurance reviews and the development and execution of test plans and test scripts. Works with client to establish and maintain a consistent test methodology and to resolve questions during the testing process. May serve as a coordinator for all testing activities on a project. Analyzes, tests, and certifies application-specific software and performs ambiguity reviews of business requirements and functional specification documents. Uses advanced knowledge of applications to provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and resolving highly complex test problems. Researches new products and industry methodologies and facilitates the development of new concepts, techniques, and standards. Plans and directs quality assurance schedules and assignments, and monitors project status in comparison to cost/time projections. Logs, tracks, and verifies resolution of software and specification defects. Documents all phases of QA process. As a QA Analyst you will be responsible for developing Subject Matter Expertise on the Applications Under Test, helping to define/refine the testing plans for core Contact Center application platforms and integrations, developing manual test cases, and supporting future automated test script development. The primary application area supported is the Enterprise Contact Technology portfolio, consisting of Customer Relationship Management (Sales/Service) desktop, **Interactive Voice Response**, and **Computer Telephony Integration** platforms. In this role you will be working with SQL, and you will be working in a shift-left model conducting analysis of functional requirements and technical designs to create functional test cases early during the development cycle. This role will be crucial for supporting our Speed to Market initiatives. The QA Analyst will be working closely with our partner functional QA testers and developers, mentor and supervise junior QA Analysts and assist with other project efforts and will report under the Test Automation Team Lead.
- 4-6 years of experience in cross functional testing (looking for SQA4 or SQA3 and would be contract to hire positions based on performance) - 3+ years of experience with DB testing (SQL Server/Oracle) and writing/understanding complex SQL queries - 3+ years of experience with ETL testing - 2+ years of experience testing Data Ware house/Data Mart - 2+ years of experience with HP ALM/Quality Center or similar tool for requirements / test case/ defect tracking. - 2+ years of experience with testing Contact Center Technologies (IVR, Genesys CTI, Cisco CTI, NICE Call Recording, etc.) - 4+ years of experience with creating Test Plan and detailed Test Scripts. - Local candidates to work from Chandler, AZ office
