Analyzes and organizes office operations and procedures, such as typing, data processing, filing, preparation of documents, a flow of correspondence, telephone, fax, a flow of electronic data, requisition of supplies and other clerical services.
Processes statistical data to determine ongoing capability and prepares reports for customers.
Formulates procedures for systematic style retention, protection, retrieval, transfer and disposal of records.
Prepares certificates of conformance for products being shipped to the customer
Performs Layered Process Audits as scheduled
Compiles, stores and retrieves data using a computer.
