Radiology Tech at Glenwood Regional Medical Center

Performs various imaging procedures in diagnostic radiology; in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Utilizes standardized techniques obtaining optimal radiographic consistency.

Patient safety and dignity are maintained always. Continuous monitoring of requests for correct orders. Images are properly labeled, documented in the RIS, and submitted to PACS for dictation in a timely manner.

Completion of an AMA approved school of radiology technology.

Must have understanding of radiographic techniques and equipment.

Must be able to perform varied radiographic procedures.

Current Louisiana License. The American Registry of Radiology Technologists.
