Performs receptionist duties, which may include greeting and directing visitors, answering incoming calls, distributing mail, and scheduling meetings and interviews. This position reports to the Executive Assistant and may include completing other small projects as needed.
- May perform occasional clerical duties, such as business card ordering, scheduling of deliveries, data entry, filing, or photocopying.
Experience and Education:
Handles basic issues and problems, and refers more complex issues to Executive Administrative Assistant.
Possesses beginning to working knowledge of subject matter.
Requires a high school diploma and 1 to 3 years of experience.
- Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred.
