Reception / Clerical Support Needed
Receptionist and clerical duties include a combination of answering telephones, providing customer service, typing office minutes, office machine operation, and filing.
Minimum of one year office experience is required.
Receptionist Duties & Responsibilities:
· Route multi-line telephone calls
· Take messages
· Maintain records, reports, and files
· Type letters and correspondence
· Use computers to enter, access and retrieve data
Qualification and Requirements:
· Excellent communication and follow-up skills
· Type a minimum of 40 wpm
· Proficient with Microsoft Word, Microsoft (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
