Receptionist/Front Desk Professional sought for property management firm located in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Preferred candidate will have 2 years of experience in a property management environment. Must have office experience coupled with strong communication skills and professional appearance; must be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in MS Excel and Outlook.
- Answer/direct phone calls
- Open/sort mail
- Maintain calendars for property managers
- Inventory/order office supplies as needed
- Assist resident service representatives as needed
- Scan and copy documents
- Issue and place barcodes on vehicles
