1. Experience recruiting for the design discipline: reviewing/evaluating portfolios, coaching candidates on portfolio presentations, etc.
2. Knowledge of the design industry and where that would appropriately map to the Client business
3. Experience interacting with Hiring Managers and the ability to effectively present talent and gather feedback from senior design leaders

The Scientist Economist Design Team (SEDT) is looking to grow the Design Recruiting practice for Consumer.
In this role you will search and find the best and brightest people from around the world. You'll be part of a central recruiting team that supports our consumer organization. It's a fast-paced role, on a fun and cohesive team, requiring juggling and daily prioritizing. The best candidate draws upon extensive knowledge of business and Talent Acquisition and will forge dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers and HR business partners. S/he has a reputation for being exceptional at candidate generation, providing world-class candidate as well as organization, verbal and written communication skills. In addition, the successful candidate will have an ability to prioritize correctly, demonstrate pushback and a sense of urgency, and understand the value of providing amazing customer service.
We expect this professional to:
? Own and manage a portfolio of executive searches with responsibility for delivering against hiring goals.
? Conduct targeted research to collect market and candidate data to help create informed recruiting strategies.
? Establish a strong network/pipeline of design talent.
? Become an internal subject matter expertise on design hiring at Client and serve as a resource to design leaders and recruiting peers.
? Partner with senior design leaders on strategic programs and events with a goal of long-term engagement with passive candidates.
? Lead new creative thinking about talent acquisition be a thought leader in driving the direction and synthesis of new candidate experiences.
? 5+ years of full-life cycle recruiting experience
? Previous experience in executive search and/or recruiting creative talent is highly desired.
? Experience working cross-functionally with a number of internal constituents, academics and world-class subject matter experts
? Bachelor's degree required. Additional work experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
? Demonstrated success meeting hiring goals for senior or niche talent.
? Experience recruiting creative talent.
? Previous experience recruiting passive senior candidates
? Outgoing and gregarious, enjoy interacting with a variety of people
? Inquisitive; a strong desire to learn
? Superb verbal and written communication skills; a compelling communicator able to engage the attention of busy, senior executives; able to convey complex arguments and engage with senior level executives in a polished and professional manner
