Our client, a well-known law firm in Boston, is seeking a Recruiting Office Assistant to join their team. In this role your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, data entry, scanning documentation, scheduling interview appoints for law school candidates, escorting candidates to their interviews, assisting with hiring receptions, and special projects as necessary. The ideal candidate needs to be proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite programs, have excellent written and oral communication skills, outstanding attention to detail, strong organizational skills, a professional presence, and someone who can prioritize multiple work items. This role consists of a thirty five hour work week, Monday through Friday 9am till 5pm, and can pay up to $17 an hour depending on skills and experience.
