In order to meet the needs of the US Navy, the client will need to hire the brightest minds available. With rapidly expanding hiring needs for top quality candidates, the client is in need of a Recruiting Coordinator to help manage the workload required during the hiring process.
As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will be working directly with HR Support Staff, Staffing Representatives, Sourcers/Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and candidates.
Tasks assigned to Recruiting Coordinators include:
This role will be a key and integral piece of the Staffing Organization and will have the opportunity to work with representatives across the entire business while communicating with new people and organizations daily.
REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Four year BS/BA degree is required. Human Resources or Business Administration/Management are preferred.
HR experience preferred.
