Joule is a specialized healthcare recruitment division with decades of experience serving its clients and communities throughout the country. We are growing substantially and looking for a very sharp & driven Recruitment Assistant.
- Source, identify and qualify medical professionals for hospitals and other clients throughout the country
- Track and audit data to ensure effectiveness of sources
- Work closely with medical talent acquisition team to fully understand client’s hiring profile and needs
- Meet clear designated professional benchmarks while contributing original thoughts and ideas
- Create social medial platform events, AMAs, etc. to promote brand name and build candidate base
- Recruitment or Inside Sales experience is preferred but not required – sell us your value
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills – this should be a given
- Excitement – fanatical high energy with concentrated focus on our mission, goals, and amazing team
- Tenacity – moving quickly and overcoming obstacles, all while maintaining a positive attitude

We work nationwide but our corporate office is located on the beautiful Pineland Farms campus in New Gloucester, Maine. This position would work out of the corporate office – unfortunately the opportunity to work from home is not avaialble.
