Newgen is seeking a motivated sales hunter to join our fast-paced, high-growth software Enterprise. Responsibilities include managing the entire sales process from account identification, penetration through successful deployment and consistently meeting or exceeding assigned goals. This role will be assigned to our Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) vertical
Mandatory experience:Past success selling enterprise software to the BFSI space.Proven ability of deep, trust-based portable relationships with executives and other decision makers. Penetrate new accounts and grow our existing customer base in the assigned portfolio. Good knowledge of BFSI domain and market drivers.Create detailed, strategic target account plans to penetrate industry leading clients. Think strategically about their client’s business and avoid selling on a feature/function basis. Understand how to position against competitors to become the only viable option. Leverage cross-functional client and Newgen resources to successfully identify and drive sales campaigns. Perform in-depth client and industry research to create compelling business cases and RFP responses. Create Partners to generate Newgen value propositions and selling opportunities. Have experience selling disruptive technology to senior executives. Already know how to effectively manage a medium/long sales cycle to a successful close. Market leading and award winning products. The ideal candidate will be a consultative seller who is motivated to drive customer success within the BFSI industry. Have a track record of success in selling business applications and complex solutions. Additionally, must have a passion for learning new technologies, building relationships and a high drive for results.
Required Skills / Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Computer Science or Business, MBA preferred 10-15 years of direct sales/Hunting experience. Success in the sales environment and domain expertise in the BFSI vertical is a must.Proven history achieving and exceeding quotas. Knowledge of enterprise-wide specific solutions within a vertical market (BPM, ECM, Case Management, Automation software preferred). Ability to negotiate to reach outcomes that gain support and acceptance by all parties. Ability to persuade and influence, using appropriate interpersonal styles and communication methods to gain acceptance of thoughts, plans, activities, services and products. This role requires 40 - 50% travel to client and other sites.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:Graduate (Engineering or MBA) BPM, ECM, Case Management, Automation software preferredPre-Sales Engagement Management with the clientsEliciting prospect needs, comprehend RFI/RFO/RFP's and prepare response.This will include functional, technical & commercial proposals.Excellent presentation (oral as well as in-person) to present the requirements understood and solution included in proposal.Hands on configure demonstrations using product tools and conducting POC's onsite with prospects.
