Regional Sales Manager- Remote
What you will do
He/she will drive internal Johnson Controls (JCI) revenue attainment and product support by designing access control and video surveillance; providing end-user presentations and product demonstrations; and educating/training technicians and sales teams on our Tyco Security product brands. You will launch Tyco Security-branded products including Kantech, exacqVision, American Dynamics, Illustra, Cloudvue, Tyco Radar 360, Tyco AI, Illustra Insight and any other future brands assigned via live/remote demonstrations and presentations. Area coverage includes Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana and Wyoming.

How you will do it
- Responsible for revenue goals across multiple Tyco Security brands.
- Drive relationships at every level in the JCI organization and work alongside our dedicated customers (JCI BSNA Security, Fire and HVAC).
- Create and deliver sales presentations to customers and end users.
- Present at public and remote speaking engagements.
- Overall remote sales management.
- Provide technical training with expectations to support customers, sales personnel and technicians.
- Produce Tyco Security product quotations, perform sales and activity updates in Salesforce, and provide weekly sales reporting and forecasting.
Qualifications

Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
- Minimum 5 years in the Electronic Security industry.
- Network infrastructure knowledge.
- Ability to travel up to 70% (post-COVID).
- Strong customer presentation skills and comfortability speaking in front of large audiences.
- Experience with remote Video Conferencing.
- Collaborative and team leadership skills.
- Organization and territory/time management.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Excellent computer skills using Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
- Experience in project management/project engineering.
- Salesforce experience.
