Provides management and professional sales training services for the US Sales Organization, commercial marketing, and the product engine group. An experienced sales consultant, trainer, facilitator, and coach that has strong communication skills, maturity, influence, problem solving abilities and other competencies to match the environment.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
•Conduct needs analysis and training design plans for distributors in territories throughout the US.
•Builds Sales Training strategy for commercial and product engine teams both at corporate and in a territory to ensure learning best practices are instituted and followed.
•Oversees the design of product based learning tracks.
•Directs the new rep onboarding workshop and certification class process. Ensures the onboarding of new team members and experienced sales representatives with new products or features.
•Participates in the integration of any new products, line extensions or learning tied to acquisitions.
•Monitor, manage, and conduct audits for all field based learning events, tools, and associated content including programs tied to coaching and mentoring, classroom, sales skills, leadership and other learning practices.
•Act as a learning expert, coach, and mentor for all training, development, and growth initiatives.
•Manage territory scorecards and dashboards.
•Coordinates regional training classes, webinars, and workshops.

•Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution required; Master’s degree preferred in business, marketing, communications or other relevant field.
•A minimum of 8 years experience in consulting or learning competencies required.
