Responsible for selling Service Products and partnering with products sales in order to maximize the sales of Service Products and new equipment within a customers' iBase. Working with Sales Reps, Regional Sales and Service Managers develop an account strategy for legacy equipment targeted for Upgrade potential or OPRI (Old Product Replacement Initiative). Drive service sales by conducting on site and telesales presentations on service products with an emphasis on equipment upgrades and maintaining their installed equipment. The position requires power point preparation, follow-up on leads & proposals, as well as a basic understanding of the system components in product inspection machines in order to discuss upgrades with customers. This position interacts with all levels of internal (engineering, manufacturing, sales & service) and external personnel requiring proficient communication skills, both oral and written.

Minimum Education / Experience Required:
Bachelor degree in Business or Technical discipline with proven sales or marketing work history 3-5 years' experience in a customer service sales environment. Prior experience selling in a B2B environment; experience with technical and/or service sales and customer service sales beneficial. Familiar with field service practices and procedures.
