Sr. Systems Analyst supports Application Development group develop, creates, and modifies company specific software programs, components and systems by contributing to the full cycle of software development, coding, testing, release, support, and upgrades. Sr. Systems Analyst works with business counterparts to analyze user needs and develop or modify software solutions to optimize internal operational efficiency and streamline PCA’s capability to consistently deliver high level customer service.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related degree.
5-8 years programming experience.
Strong knowledge of VB.Net application development and object-oriented analysis & design experience.
Experience in web application development using Java/Java Script/ASP.Net technologies.
Good knowledge of Crystal Reports, Visual Studio, Team Foundation Server and .net Framework environments.
Good knowledge of Relational Database models with specific experience in Oracle/SQL Server database.
Good understanding of Windows programming techniques, messaging and XML.
Ability to integrate or use external/third party tools in development and adapt to new technology.
Ability to comprehend business requirements and design specifications.
Ability to effectively code according to specifications.
Attention to details and logical approach to solve problems.
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and as a team member.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
