Word processing to include complex formatting of large documents (section breaks, inserting figures, page numbering and auto table of contents), compilation and production of technical reports, tables, memos, correspondence, presentations, and other deliverable materials
Proofread, review and edit materials for accurate use of grammar and punctuation. Correct grammatical, typographical, or compositional errors.
Provide technical editing of reports and other deliverables
Keep resumes and project descriptions up-to-date
Database and spreadsheet entry and analysis
Monitor and assist Managers with tracking financial performance of projects. This includes accessing and reviewing monthly project reporting tools
Assist Managers with tracking key regional and office financial metrics
Assist with collection and coordination of backlog reports
Process local accounts payable/receivable/purchasing
Support of invoicing and coordination with billing department
Assist in maintaining manpower/ labor workforce projections and work with groups to forecast utilization.
Bachelor's Degree in related field desired and 2 years' experience or a minimum of 6 years' experience in project administration, accounting, or finance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook, and intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Project and PowerPoint. An understanding of project management and good written and oral communication skills are a must.
Demonstrated proficiency in complex report formatting to ensure style consistency and documentation standards are followed.
Experience in the Architect/Engineer Industry preferred.
Ability to operate standard office/computer equipment and knowledge of general office procedures, filing, grammar, and punctuation.
May require additional time during high demand periods.
Minimum typing speed 50 WPM.
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
