In partnership with Creative Playthings, Headway Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Temporary Retail Sales Associate in the Chantilly, VA area. As a Temporary Retail Sales Associate, you will sell Creative Playthings equipment and provide excellent customer service. This is a part-time position and pays $12 per hour + .5% commission. We are looking for someone to start immediately and work till September.
As a Temporary Retail Sales Associate with Creative Playthings, you will:
- Greet and make a connection with customers
- Help customers make selections on the many fun, varied play sets available
- Provide information and address customer requests and concerns
- Process accurate and efficient sale and return transactions
- Create an inviting environment by maintaining a clean and neat store
- Previous Retail Experience
- Multi-tasking Abilities
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Computer Skills
- You must be able to work every Saturday (10 am-6 pm) and every Sunday (12 pm-5 pm) and 1 day during the week, possibly 2 days on occasion (10 am-6 pm).
- Willing to consent to a background check
Physical Demands of a Retail Sales Associate:
- Requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day.
- Frequently lift and/or move items over 35 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
