*** Review and correct, or design procedures to correct compliance to government regulations at the state, federal or international levels.
*** Analyze impact of legal changes and regulation updates on company operations.
*** Lead efforts to ensure compliance with legal standards for underwriting, rate filing and regulatory updates.
*** 3+ years experience in a Property and Casualty compliance department handling state filings, market conduct and rate, rule and form analysis.
*** Bachelors degree in Math, Finance or Economics or equivalent work experience.
Fluent Spanish speakers preferred, contact with representatives in South and Central America is required.
