RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a healthcare client in far north Dallas, Texas (TX) looking for an experienced Senior Call Center Supervisor. They are looking for a high level of IVR & Auto-Dialer experience.
- 3+ years healthcare manager or supervisor
- 3+ years healthcare customer service or call center experience (in a healthcare payor or provider)
- IVR & Auto-dialer experience (setting up campaigns, etc)
- High volume project/call/multi-tasking experience
- Knowledge of coinsurance, deductible, etc.
- Excel skills Vlookups & pivot tables
- C-Suite professional & polished - will be delivering PowerPoint presentations and leading calls
