Overallpurpose of role
Senior Change Manager will be a deterministic yet consideratedecision maker influencing the behaviours and priorities of the widerorganisation. An individual will comfortably and actively manage Changelandscape to match the requirements of complex and wide-ranging programmeimplementation.
Successful candidate will also ensure adherence of the widerorganization to the Change Management standard and all relevant processes andpolicies. On top of championing an in-depth operational knowledge of IT ChangeManagement practices, role holder will also play an active role in supportingthe execution of the wider business IT strategy thru close interactions withFederated Change Managers.
Senior Change Manager will also be working very closely withinfrastructure technology teams to actively manage infrastructure changepayload, schedule and associated risks involved.
Settingthe tone on overall risk appetite for Change to match the requirements of keyBusiness areas
Activecoordination of Change Freezes, Heightened Awareness and Business Eventsimpacting multiple Business Units

Managementof Global IT Change landscape
Enforcementof a strong Control environment and associated metrics
Remediation/Oversightof non-compliances and deteriorating performance or risk metrics
Responsiblefor ensuring Change Management processes and procedures supporting the GlobalChange Standard are documented, efficient and effective
Responsible,together with the Process Governance, for the continual improvement of ChangeManagement processes and procedures supporting the global Change Managementstandard
Producereports on the Change Management KPIs and other adhoc business events, issueChange related communication that will cover upcoming Changes on ITinfrastructure as well as any change related activities across the firm (ChangeFreeze, Heightened Awareness, Business Events etc.)
Workwith the Service Now Change approval queues reviewing and approving/denyingchange records. Running change record quality checks according to MinimalAcceptance Criteria(MAC)
Expectedto identify and lead Continuous Service Improvement initiatives to ensureeffectiveness and efficiency of the Change process whilst maintaining therigour and governance required to protect the stability of IT Services
Expectedto partake in maintenance and improvement of strategic change management tools
ChairingChange Advisory/Approval Boards hosted by the Change Management team.
Risk and Control Objective
Ensure that all activities and duties arecarried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, Enterprise WideRisk Management Framework and internal Policies and Policy Standards.
5+years of IT Service Management (preferably Change Management) experience
3+years experience in ITIL v3 Foundation
Experienceof working in global teams
ExperienceHands-on Service Now
Experienceof working in a regulated (preferably financial) environment
Excellentcommunication & stakeholder management skills
Proventrack record of driving a function forward and leading behaviour changes thatlast
Provenstrong leadership capability allowing to achieve complex key Business Unitsrequirements

Excellentanalytical skills – with ability to identifying trends on change data and setappropriate actions
