DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
Provide all logistics related activities to include acquisition policy and program documentation development, program analysis, specialty services, IT Management, and acquisition logistics management support.
Management, planning, procurement, integration and fielding of systems and associated support elements and processes during the acquisition process.
Development of Life Cycle Logistics (LCL) plans, preparation of portions of contract packages, conducting Acquisition Logistics Integrated Product Team (ALIPT) meetings, monitoring of Agency and contractor performance related to system supportability, configuration management, and technical data management, participation in preparation of the Test and Evaluation Master Plan and Deployment Management Plan, and coordination of system logistics and support with field site/service organizations, including convening ALIPTs
Represent the PMO to suppliers and stakeholders
Prepare acquisition and contract-related documents in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies (for example, FAR).
Development of ILS and Reliability & Maintainability (R&M) program plans
10 years of progressive experience with DoD or IC integrated logistics support (ILS), particularly as it pertains to IT systems or software-intensive weapons systems.
Knowledge of DoD or IC program planning, funding, and management information systems
MA/MS degree in technical, business or management field
Certified Master Logistician (CML) or Certified Professional Logistician (CPL)
US Citizen with an active DoD Top Secret/ Special Compartmented Intelligence (TS/SCI) Clearance to comply with US Government contracts
