RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is seeking a Service Desk Analyst for their office in Houston, Texas (TX).
- Call Center experience: At least 1 year of experience
- Some form of technical experience: About 1 year of experience
- Technical: systems, hardware, software, AD, VPN, mobile equipment experience
- Knowledge of networking: DNS, DHCP, NAP IP, TCP/IP, Basic cloud processes
- Knowledgeable on basic computer functions: What is a hard drive, internet explorer, and office suite
- Verbal communications skills (English)
- Good interpersonal skills
- Critical Thinking: ability to use reason and logic
- Patience and empathy
- Active listening
- Sense of urgency
- Time Management
- Network +
- Any of the MCSA certifications
