We are a representative for one of the premier instrumentation companies in the world. We are looking for a Service Technician that ideally has 3-5 years of field service experience, and good technical aptitude to join our team. Experience with instrumentation products like level, pressure, temperature, flow instrumentation and analytical instruments are ideal but not necessary. Computer skills with Windows, Windows based applications like Excel, Outlook, and service applications involving Hart communications is desired. The successful candidate will be responsible for service as the Forberg Scientific Representative in Grand Rapids and western Michigan (Lower Peninsula). Candidate must be willing to relocate to the Grand Rapids area. Service activities include: Instrumentation Startup, configuration and documentation, trouble shooting, installation review, Service Training for Customers. Formal technical training from our Manufacturers will be a part of the required activities, which will certify your ability to competently work on their equipment.
