- Create requirements definitions and technical specifications documentation plus load, manipulate and maintain data between Service-now and other systems.
- The candidate will work with IT managers to generate views and reports as needed, analyze and fully understand user requirements and current procedures in order to improve system capabilities, automate process workflows and address scheduling limitations throughout the development and delivery of the ServiceNow roadmap, be competent with ITIL/ITSM processes.
- The candidate should be a self-starter that can identify requirements and assemble and lead a small team to produce results.
- Strong background in ITIL, Agile development, requirements definition, and systems development.
A Master’s Degree in a Computer or Math related field with eight (8) years’ experience in the following: Domain Name Server (DNS), Network Time Protocol (NTP) and IP routing protocols. A Bachelor’s Degree with ten (10) years’ experience; an Associate’s Degree with twelve (12) years’ experience may be substituted for the Master’s Degree. No degree with fifteen (15) years’ experience in field in acceptable.
Required Clearance: Candidate must have a TS/SCI polygraph clearance.
Desired: ServiceNow Developer/Administrator (Subject Matter Expert 3) with DoD 8570.01-M appropriate certification .
