Planning, leading, and executing SharePoint 2013 Content Management, Site Configuration and Web development tasks for HR content and sites.
Gathering user requirements, analyzing business processes, and working with functional areas to define and scope, SharePoint projects, document requirements, and applications functionality.
Providing operations support and configuration management, by serving as the point of contact for differentiating functional issues from technical issues, and resolving technical issues.
Soliciting input from users for upgrades and additional functionality of the tools offered through the communities of practice (COP) and research the availability of new tools internally and externally to assist developers in enhancing and improving the current tool set to better meet the needs of the users.
A Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field
Knowledge of intranet design including information architecture, personas and user stories
3+ years working with SharePoint 2010-2013 solution development, configuration, or customization
A proven track record working in SharePoint 2013 Web part application and configuration, InfoPath Designer 2013, SharePoint 2013 Designer, and online workflow development
The ability to interface SharePoint to Microsoft Office 2010 products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, or Visio as well as Google Analytics.
Experience with supporting knowledge management or working as part of an information management organization
Strong knowledge in Mobile/Responsive Design. Bootstrap or other responsive framework a plus.
