Opportunity to serve a dual role within the College of Nursing IT Support office in which the main role will be as the functional lead on support for the college's simulation teaching and learning center and the other role will be for desktop and application support for the College. Qualifications:A Baccalaureate degree in technology, computer science, or related field and at least two years of relevant professional experience including: administering, documenting, monitoring and/or modifying moderately complex IS applications; performing analysis and judgment regarding interdependencies of processes / applications / technologies; training, supporting, and implementing solutions or new services to ensure proper functioning of end user devices and end user device infrastructure; providing moderately complex Tier 2 and Tier 3 problem resolution, set-up, integration, testing and installation. Must be skilled in managing educational technology with experience and in-depth understanding of educational technologies, learning theories and learning management systems. Skilled in OS Imaging, access management, group policies, monitoring, reporting, batch / HTML scripting and documentation tools. In-depth understanding of computer networks, TCP/IP and OSI model layers and experience in Windows User and Server OS environments and Activity Directory DS.
