Site Operations Manager - Plano, TX
Manages a specific consumer lending site operations support activities. Activities include system access, training schedules, call center task execution, corporate workplace needs (moves, adds and changes), physical site and other enterprise requirements. Support site production executive and other managers ensuring physical site is operating effectively optimizing client facing employees readiness. Involved in a variety of projects. Oversees daily activities ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards and adherence to procedures and regulatory requirements. Develops and implements new processes/procedures to improve operating efficiency and to ensure timeliness and accuracy of workflow. Modifies existing procedures and analyzes and resolves non-routine and/or moderately complex operational problems often requiring research and involvement from other business functional experts. Requires thorough operations knowledge of home loan products/services, usually gained through operations experience. Interface with senior leaders to influence and drive improved performance. Responsible for site performance management of call center and business control results.

Requires thorough Centralized and Online Consumer Lending (COCL) operations knowledge of home loan products/ services, usually gained through front line or production role. Call center tools and management knowledge. Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience preferred with 3-5 years experience within COCL.
