What does a typical work day entail? What are the daily tasks/responsibilities/deliverables?
This position supports two directors on a high profile team within Store Development. Day to day duties are heavy calendar management, meeting planning, and agenda ownership for each director. Must be willing to act as a liaison between both directors to ensure business continuity, communications and general resource planning. Works with peers (admin sr and coordinator sr) in a partnering capacity to ensure meetings, events and other needs are taken care of.
What are the must/nice to have skills you are looking for in this CW?
Must be familiar with Outlook and have experience managing multiple executive calendars; specifically negotiating dates and times with cross-functional teams and/or offices and across time zones.
Must be comfortable making recommendations or addressing questions directly with the executives; this role is the "right hand" to each director and ensures support to director teams when needed. Making travel arrangements via an agency may be necessary.
