Sr. Director of HR opportunity for US operations of GLOBAL company - healthcare service sector.
This is a newly created role to oversee HR function for all USA
Will be responsible for developing, implementing, and coordinating policies and programs covering employment, compensation, benefits, training, safety and health. This position is responsible for the staffing development and forecasting for recruitment management. The Senior HR Director is also responsible for training and development of management and front line staff.
Role reports to Regional CEO (USA) and will have field office HR team members reporting to this role.REQUIREMENTS: BS/BA Degree - PHR/SPHR and 15 +years of progressive HR experience for global matrixed organization.
