Our client is looking someone who is in a Communications Associate role who is proficient in managing SharePoint sites, developing PowerPoint presentations, formatting email newsletters and digital communications, reporting and analyzing metrics for continuous improvement of communications channels. Must have solid project management skills plus experience designing surveys using third party applications. SharePoint, Facebook Workplace and proficiency in Word, PowerPoint and Excel is preferred. Video editing skills are a plus.
- Managing internal communications programs and communications campaigns.
- Providing executive communications support to help engage leaders with their teams.
- Producing digital editorial content using internal social media and digital platforms, managing and enhancing the intranet (SharePoint) to support organizational change management and communications for a global IT department with diverse audiences.
- Strong digital skills, writing and storytelling skills are a must, along with editorial management skills.
