Your new role

As a recruiter, you will be sourcing and screening candidates every day in order to create opportunities for individuals to find their next career move. Your natural ability to sniff out talent will create the opportunity for you to be the “go to” person in your market for someone who is seeking a position in IT. This means proactively identifying candidates within your specialist field through our extensive database, headhunting, utilizing social media, face-to-face meetings and networking at industry events.
We promote on meritocracy and you will be given targets to allow you to achieve your first promotion in your first 12 months.
What you will need to succeed
You already proven that you don’t want to be limited in your earning potential. You’ve worked hard to get where you and are not afraid to go “all in.” You’ll want to tell us about your achievements – academic, sporting or otherwise but you know you deserve it as you’ve got the scars to prove it! You describe yourself as ambitious and not afraid of hard work, like to see results (for yourself and others) and can picture yourself thriving in a target orientated, high performance culture where you have the opportunity to control your own destiny.
As you will be proactively sourcing for and maintaining long-term relationships with candidates you must be inquisitive, like the “thrill of the chase” to find that perfect skill set and not give up easily, be a confident communicator and have the ability to work in a fast paced environment to deliver results. You will demonstrate a passion for people and delivering on your promises, whilst not taking yourself too seriously!
