You have experience in Recruiting (preferably in IT Staffing) and are looking for something better. You want to be with a Firm where you can maximize your income with uncapped earning potential. - 3+ years of experience in Recruiting/Staffing. Strong preference for experience as a Technical Recruiter.
- A strong track record of meeting and exceeding weekly recruiting metrics.
- An uncanny ability to connect with top technical talent and gain commitment throughout the recruiting process.
- A knack for creating your own luck through a high volume of outbound phone calls and creative sourcing/recruiting techniques.
- Must live close to the respective office. No telecommute opportunities available.
- Bachelor’s Degree
