Technical / Software Product Support Specialist for growing SOFTWARE TECHNOLOGY firm located in western suburb of Philadelphia offering great work environment, professional challenge, and competitive benefit package.
· 1-3 years’ experience, preferably with troubleshooting, debugging, problem resolution, customer service, sales support or related experience.
· Financial institution and/or banking experience a PLUS but not necessary. Technology or software understanding most relevant. Database experience a PLUS.
