Diversified Nano Solutions has an immediate opening for a Tech Support /Customer Service Representative Position.
The company is located in the City of Poway (San Diego County). Company provides check-writing products and business solutions to home users and small businesses. The products include, but are not limited to: check-writing software, check stock, printers, MICR ink and toner cartridges.
This position is a full-time hourly position with benefits extended after a 2 month preliminary period. All duties and activities will be with direct supervision of the Customer Service /In-house Sales Manager.
This position will have primary responsibly for providing phone and email and chat support to our customers.
The general overview of an email/chat or phone call will be to:
- a) determine the customer's needs
- b) provide technical support or customer service regarding the issues presented
- c) answer questions regarding Company Products and Terms and Conditions of Sale
- d) work closely with other staff ie) team members and other department staff
As a tech support representative, we would require working knowledge in :
a) Windows 2000 and up
b) Server 2003.2008
c) Mac OSX operating system
In addition to having the listed skills it is also essential that this representative has the:
a) Ability to communicate with customers positively and effectively (phone and email and chat support)
b) Organizational and problem-solving skills to provide follow-up to the customer (as needed)
c) Diligence to document all support activity provided to the customer
d) Ability to handle high volume phones positively
e) Ability to work independently and as part of a team
