Minimum job requirements:
- Fluent and clear English with good communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- 2 or more years’ experience in desktop/server support.
- Backup and disaster recovery.
- Ability to multitask.
- Office 365 management.
- Ability to map network drives.
- Experience with switches, firewalls and basic network components.
- Ability to follow instructions
Lack of experience in any of the prior items may lead to inadmissibility for this position.
Minimum education requirements:
- Current COMPTIA A+ certification.
Optional (not mandatory):
- COMPTIA Network+
- COMPTIA Security+

Active directory management.
Performing and verifying backups of servers and computers.
Hardware and software installation.
Update and patch management.
Firewall setup and management.
