A Training & Development Coordinator is an essential part of the Company Learning & Development team. Our team is in the process of training a large population across North America including Canada and Mexico. The job is a mix of training tasks, event planning and analyzing and reporting on data. The Training & Development Coordinator independently manages all of the logistical and administrative work needed to ensure instructor-led and online training programs run successfully. A coordinator ensures that both the facilitator and the participants arrive on time to a prepared training facility with all of the training materials and equipment in place and ready for use. In addition, a successful candidate will perform data collection and reporting for executive presentations.
Candidate will be required to assist with all miscellaneous task related to Coordination of Training classes and online sessions including but not limited to the following:
Organizing training via online and / or calendar invites booking conference rooms and maintaining training calendar ensuring all training materials and equipment are in place performing data collection analyzing course evaluations and attendance data
The right candidate for this role will be highly organized and detail oriented.
Candidate does not necessarily have to have prior Training and Development experience - however, prior experience working as a project coordinator very helpful.
Candidates will need to be open to tracking work duties and timeliness of task which will be used for evaluation of the role
