Corum Group seeks sales oriented executives to manage global merger engagements. MBA preferred. Positions available at world headquarters in Seattle, remotely around the U.S., and internationally - both full and part time.

Successful candidates need the intellectual capacity and energy to work with some of the world’s brightest entrepreneurs, managing the most important transaction of their life, the sale of their company. International experience preferred as 70% of engagements involve a non-U.S. buyer or seller, and the willingness to be 24/7 as the dialogues aren't always in convenient time zones. Extensive travel involved.
You should thrive on personal engagement - calling, not just emailing - beginning with educating execs through the world’s largest tech mergers and acquisition education series, following up with candidate clients, then tenaciously reaching out to buyers regarding acquisition opportunities. Between 6,000-8,000 executives attend Corum’s events annually.
You will be supported by a team of specialists in a detailed merger process that has proven to be the most successful in the industry.
Attention to detail is critical as Corum logs all engagement activity, buyer information, and lead follow-up in Dynamics. This engagement information, coupled with data gathered from research centers and global educational events, give our clients a decided advantage in the M&A process.
Naturally, in such a high level role in education, thought leadership, and transactions, excellent written skills are a must. You need to be an exceptional public speaker.
