The Division of Cardiovascular Medicine is recruiting a full-time, board-certified or board eligible faculty cardiologist (all ranks, all tracks). Additional advanced training in cardiac imaging is preferred, but not required. The successful candidate must also have a strong interest in direct patient care and clinical teaching. Excellent research opportunities are available for interested candidates. Individuals with backgrounds in academic, military, or private practice are welcome!
- Preferred mix of teaching to clinic work: 90% Clinical position.
- Opportunity for fellow teaching depending on level of experience
- Q4-5 days of home consult call. TEE call same frequency. In-house cardiology fellow present.
- Patient service around 12-14 weeks per year, with census of 12-18.
- Full resident team support with nurse navigator and NP.
