*Ability to hit the ground running.
*Minimum of 2 year's proven success exceeding yearly quotas within the SMB marketplace with a SaaS technology-based product.
*Been a top “banana” sales achiever or awards winner year after year.
*Understanding of CRM Software, preferably Salesforce.
*Individual contributor with a team emphasis.*Telecommunications, VoIP experience a plus.
