As an Account Manager you will ensure the full satisfaction of our clients and help grow their business to its fullest potential. The Account Manager will monitor all client service activities, ensure all client needs are met and provide follow-up to all parties involved. You will be responsible for helping clients achieve a successful loyalty program by reviewing reports, providing program recommendations, training, and guiding new clients through the adoption process. You will take a pro-active stance and interface directly with clients and prospective clients. This position reports directly to the Account Director.
