About the Job
The Accounting Clerk will report to the AR/AP Manager and will be responsible for various accounting and administrative tasks involved within customer account maintenance and the account payable process. These tasks may include, but are not limited to, processing new dealer applications, general account maintenance, and data entry processing. The candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that is customer service oriented. The position will require strong attention to detail and strong communication skills.
Specific Responsibilities
- Customer account maintenance
- Customer onboarding and application processing
- Dealer product verification process
- Data entry of matched invoices
- Various accounts payable support
- Account reconciliation
- Communicate with vendors and customers
- Special projects on occasion
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years relevant experience in accounting or admin role
- Strong organization and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- SAGE 100 experience
- Experience in distribution and/or consumer electronics
