SUMMARY: Overall responsibilities include accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections, bank reconciliation and payroll processing.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Receive and review timesheets of IT consultants, and nurses and staff employees.
Create Invoices on a weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly and monthly basis.
Research and resolve billing and collection disputes.
Resolve employee inquires on payroll matters.
Calculate pay data for disability claims, unemployment claims, mortgage request or any other employer verification for current or past employees.
Maintain strong relationships with vendors and professional services.
Ability to work any assigned shift/work schedule.
Manage all accounts payable duties, which include entering purchase orders, bills and paying bills for all business vendors.
Maintain accurate filing system for all accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll transactions.
Any other task, written or verbal, that is assigned by Management.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 2 years of working experience in the Accounting field and/or a degree in Accounting. Must be proficient in all aspects of QUICKBOOKS, Excel and Microsoft word. Good Communication and Organizational skills required. Must be detail focus with an exceptional track record of accurately handling financial reporting in a deadline oriented environment. Ability to multi-task and adapt to increased work load and responsibilities. Must be a team player with a proven record of dependability, enthusiasm and high sense of integrity.
