Accounts Payable Clerk at Gastroenterology of the Rockies

Medamorph, LLC is looking for a new team member for our Louisville, CO office.  The pay range for this position is $35,000-$42,000 a year depending on experience.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO

• Has Associates Degree in Accounting.
• Has 1-2 years' experience in an accounting role.
• Has excellent attention to detail.
• Has excellent verbal and written communication skills, with high regard for confidentiality.
• Has excellent computer skills, including Word and Excel.
• Is dependable and flexible.
• Is a self-starter with the ability to multi-task effectively.

  TASKS YOU WILL BE PERFORMING

• Coding invoices for payment, ensuring proper approvals have been obtained.
• Payroll Entry
• Property tax schedules
• Processing invoices for payment and notifying the involved parties of any potential problems.
• Obtaining required signatures on checks prior to distributing them.
• Processing and recording all incoming receipts.
• Preparing journal entries.
• Basic balance sheet account reconciliations.
