You will work with customers over the phone to help them find a way to pay their past due bills sooner rather than later with the goal to help maintain their service. You'll be the voice of CLIENT as you work towards a positive outcome for the customer by making them feel valued and understood. Your role is critical to our goal of keeping people connected and to their feeling good about CLIENT. In this role, a vital part of the customer experience is in your hands. As a Financial Services Representative, you'll work on a team in a fast-paced, results-oriented call center.
*Learning about a wide variety of products and services offered by CLIENT.
*Taking inbound and making outbound customer calls.
*Listening to the customer, sharing information and researching issues in real time.
*Resolving the customers situation in a positive way for all parties.
*Each day youll be busy handling 70-90 cases.
*Of course, youll have scheduled breaks and lunch.
*Your schedule will rotate from time to time, some holidays may be required and overtime is possible if youd like to work more.
Good listener and can build trust quickly over the phone. You are energized by the challenge of working through difficult situations and finding positive outcomes. You enjoy gathering information and understanding the facts of a situation. You bounce back when dealing with frustrated people and like solving problems. You are flexible, dependable and work well on a team.
*Bachelors degree or one or more years of work experience.
*Call center or customer service experience.
Need to be able to:
Willingness to work shifts that run from 7:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. on weekdays and 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. on Saturdays. Holiday based on business needs
